Absolutely Fabulous is one of my favorite TV shows of all time. A British sitcom that ran from 1992 to 1996 and again from 2001 to 2004, Ab Fab was about two best friends -- Edina and Patsy -- who reached their late 40s without giving up chain-smoking, booze swilling, taking odd drugs, or referring to themselves as nymphos. Fashion victims to the extreme ("It's Lacroix, darling"), Patsy and Edina are overly proud of themselves for having been scenesters in the '60s and '70s. And they're nasty -- not at all above pushing an old lady down the stairs because she was moving too slow. The series was created and written by Jennifer Saunders, who played PR firm owner Edina. And Joanna Lumley nailed her part as aging magazine editor Patsy.
As you can imagine, I was very excited when I heard that Ab Fab was returning to the air to celebrate its 20th anniversary. ("We hope that, like a good bottle of champagne we have grown better with age," Saunders said when the announcement was made last summer.) But now comes the even more exciting news -- that supermodel Kate Moss has filmed a cameo in one of three new Ab Fab episodes to benefit the British charity Sport Relief. While Moss' episode will air in the U.K. on Friday, it doesn't appear to have a U.S. air date set yet. Sigh.
According to reports, in Moss' episode, she shows up for a meeting with Patsy alongside designer Stella McCartney and male model David Gandy. But frankly, that sounds a little dull. Here, some concepts I wish Saunders had considered for Moss' cameo.
OK, so maybe my ideas aren't that much better than what Saunders came up with. Fine, I guess I can be patient and wait to see it. The sneak peek does look pretty darn amusing.

Add to myYahoo!I love the bad attitude Aubrey Plaza cops as Parks and Recreation's droll April Ludgate, but she's taking a little departure from all that sarcasm for the indie comedy Safety Not Guaranteed (though it wouldn't be Plaza if she weren't just a little bit snarky). She plays Darius, an intern at a magazine who tags along with a writer (Jake Johnson) for an unusual assignment: track down the poster of a Craigslist ad, Kenneth (Mark Duplass), who's trying to find someone to time travel with. When Darius and co. find him, Darius's research of Kenneth turns into what looks like genuine affection for the eccentric guy.
There are some twee elements to this trailer, but I'm loving this look at the movie, mostly because I like New Girl's Johnson so much (and it's nice to see him playing someone who's more together than Nick). I've also got a soft spot for Duplass, who's usually either behind the camera on his own features or talking filthy about football on FX's The League, but here, he's front and center and proves he's both charming and funny. All in all, I'm pretty eager to see this movie, and shoot, I'd drink the Kool-Aid too if I could time travel to the future for its June 8 release date. Watch the trailer after the jump.

Add to myYahoo! It's been less than a month since Eva Longoria and Eduardo Cruz called it quits, and already it looks like the "Desperate Housewives" star is ready to get back into dating! Well, sort of.
This time, the Mexican actress will be playing matchmaker as the producer of a prime-time dating show--tentatively called "All About Love." The show aims to help everyday women get back into the dating scene following ugly breakups.
"It's designed to help real women get back into the dating pool," a source told UsMagazine.com . "They've chosen single women and single mothers -- women who have been through a series of heartaches and battles in life and have all but given up on finding one true love."
But Eva's new dating show is just one of the many projects the actress is working on now that her hit show, "Desperate Housewives" is in its final season. Longoria is also the latest Latina to join ABC's "Devious Maids" and she continues her work as an activist for Hispanic and women's issues as one of the co-chairs for Obama for America.
She may have a lot on her plate, but Longoria has always been a very busy girl! Here's A Look Back At Some Of Longoria's Past Jobs!
