Sally Draper Talks 'Don't Trust The B----' Stint

Sally Draper has had plenty to do on "Mad Men" so far this season (and if we're right about the ever-cryptic on-air preview for this week's new episode, she might be experimenting with smoking cigarettes, too), but the time has come for actress Kiernan Shipka to flex her comedy muscles on another show.

On this week's "Don't Trust the B---- in Apt. 23" (Wed., Apr. 25, 9:30 p.m. ET on ABC), Shipka is playing "herself" opposite star James Van Der Beek, who is also playing "himself." The preview below shows the Beek trying to nail down the mannerisms of the Ship (yeah, that's something we're trying) for a body-swapping comedy they're working on.

When we talked to Shipka last month before the "Mad Men" Season 5 premiere, she had to be tight-lipped, as usual, about that show, but was more than happy to gush about shaking things up a bit on "Apt. 23."

"That was a really great experience for me. I mean, it was such a different environment," she said. "First of all, I'm used to 'Mad Men,' where you have to get every word exactly correct for everything, and it has to be very true to the script. In this, they were all, 'Try saying this this time,' and 'Improv a little bit.' It was awesome. It was such a different experience, but it was so cool."

This isn't the first time Shipka has spoofed herself for comedy -- she first wowed "Mad Men" fans by playing a Child Star Psychologist for Funny or Die.

Watch this "Don't Trust the B----" sneak peek and tell us: Are you excited to see Kiernan Shipka play a very un-Sally-like new character?

Sad Farewell To Justin, On 'Deadliest Catch'

The latest episode of "Deadliest Catch" (Tue., 9 p.m. ET on Discovery) featured a highly emotional tribute as the crew of the Time Bandit said farewell to one of their own.

Deckhand Justin Tennison died in his hotel room in Homer, Alaska on February 21, 2011.

The crew honored the experienced fisherman and family man by scattering his ashes at sea and then firing off a salute.

'Toddlers & Tiaras': The Most Shocking Thing Yet

Has "Toddlers & Tiaras" gone too far? We've got an exclusive sneak peek at this week's new episode (Wed., Apr. 25, 10 p.m. ET on TLC) featuring what we think is the series' most shocking and telling moment yet.

Sure we've seen epic tantrums, wildly inappropriate costumes and children being doped up with "go-go juice," but to hear an 8-year-old pageant pro really tell it like it is will make you fear for the future of humanity.

The clip shows 8-year-old Daisey Mae as she preps for the beauty portion of the Wild Wild West themed pageant. She's up against her two best friends, and there's a new puppy on the line, but Daisey Mae is more worried about preaching the cold, hard facts of life -- at least, the life she's been brought up in.

What does it take to win it all? "Facial beauty is the most important thing, in life and in pageants," Daisey Mae says, almost too matter-of-factly.

And she also has some advice for parents looking to exploit expose their children to the pageant circuit: "If you think your kid is ugly or sumpin', you might not want to do pageants because you're not going to win or anything."

Watch the sneak peek and tell us: Are you as appalled by these statements as we are?
