'Glee': Dianna Agron wants to follow Britney
Spears with Katie Holmes (photos)

One week after the "Glee" premiere on September 21, we will finally get an opportunity to check out the long-awaited tribute to pop legend Britney Spears. We can certainly not expect the show to stop their tributes after the "Oops, I Did It Again" singer, but who will the show go after next? Series star Dianna Agron (who plays Quinn Fabray on the show) is making one thing very clear -- she would like to see recent "Romantics" co-star Katie Holmes jump on board:"We had so much fun together on and off set ... She has said to me that she and Suri watch the...

Susan Boyle talks singing for the Pope (photos,
video)

On Thursday morning, "Britain's Got Talent" singing sensation Susan Boyle had the opportunity to do what very few people on this planet ever even hope to achieve -- singing for a sitting Pope. Boyle's performance for Benedict XVI was held before the mass in Glasgow, and she performed a mixture of church classics mixed with familiar hits. The day before the performance, Susan talked to the BBC about the emotional impact singing for the Pontiff has thanks to her family history and personal religious beliefs:"[My mother] will be here in spirit, and I think she will be...

'Dancing with the Stars': Bristol Palin says
Sarah will be a 'cheerleader'

So will Sarah Palin by stopping by the "Dancing with the Stars" ballroom this season to support her daughter Bristol? Thanks to a recent interview Bristol gave to People Magazine, that seems to certainly be the case:“She’s my number one cheerleader and I can’t wait for her to come watch the performances and just see me in a whole new light."Bristol has her work cut out for her more than just about any other performer on the show, since she does not come from any sort of entertainment background. She also has zero dance experience, meaning that partner Mark...

'Kate Plus 8': Kate Gosselin's magazine cover
fuels plastic surgery debate

Sure, "Kate Plus 8" star Kate Gosselin felt the need to show off her body in the newest issue of People Magazine -- but did she receive any help in doing so? This top of plastic surgery is one that has circulated around the reality TV mom for much of the past year, as she has seemingly transformed into the "best shape of [her] life" in the matter of a few months. At the end of the day, the real story here -- at least according to Kate -- is that there has been no plastic surgery done since the infamous tummy tuck procedure back during the "Jon and Kate Plus 8"...

Pregnant Pauses and Hot-Button Issues: An Advance
Review of Season Six of FX's It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

There are few series that are as gleefully absurd as FX's ribald comedy It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, which returns for a sixth season tonight after what feels like way too long of a hiatus.Revolving as it always does about the denizens of a low-rent Philadelphia pub, Sunny continues to push its characters into uncomfortable territory, challenging them to not change, learn, or grow even as they sink lower and lower into their own filth. And that's truly the joy of watching this original and groundbreaking comedy. You can't help but fall in love with Mac, Dennis, Charlie, Dee, and Frank, even as you realize that you would immediately cross to the other side of the street if you ever saw these selfish and flawed individuals in real-life.From the safety of your living room, however, Sunny becomes a window into the world of arrested adolescence, where despite pushing their thirties (hard), the gang at Paddy's Pub becomes more a portrait of unfettered id, a land where no impulse is ever denied, no matter how moronic, dangerous, or utterly selfish. And it's a beautiful thing.Season Six once again juxtaposes outlandish situations with hot-button issues as the executive producers--Rob McElhenney, Glenn Howerton, and Charlie Day--tackle social conventions within the context of comedy, pushing the characters to take stands even as it challenges the audience to often side against them. This season, those topics would include gay marriage, matrimony, divorce, pregnancies,...

Top Chef: Just Deserts The role of Padma Lakshmi will now be play by Gail Simmons of Food & Wine Magazine ... but only on 'Top Chef: Just Desserts.' Yes, Gail Simmons , permanent judge on 'Top Chef,' now has her own sweet spin-off show.

The prizes? A feature in Food & Wine Magazine, a showcase at the annual Pebble Beach Food & Wine Festival, a Buick Regal (it's German engineered!), and a check for $100,000.
