Though he hasn't had reason to use it in years, Brad is still pretty proud of the "break-up restaurant" he found and utilized for a long time on "Happy Endings" (Wed., 9:30 p.m. ET on ABC). The genius of the location is that it has a mariachi band to cover up any loud reactions, plastic utensils to avoid potential injuries and tables bolted to the ground to eliminate the chances of a classic table flip.
While the gang was struggling to find a restaurant to celebrate Penny's third 29th birthday, he dropped the details on that particular restaurant. Everyone was impressed with his foresight, except for Jane who realized that he had taken her to that very restaurant back when they were dating, Was he planning to break up with her?
As it turned out, he was. But then he watched her order very specifically, knowing exactly what she wanted and how she wanted it prepared and served, and he changed his mind. Even though he was scared of commitment, he couldn't help but see a woman who knows exactly what she wants who also happens to want him. That's a pretty solid statement of her commitment. So he didn't do it.
And by telling her why he didn't do it, they were able to reconcile their fight. Unfortunately, that led to bathroom sex -- which is apparently a thing for them -- and the gang getting thrown out of another restaurant. Things weren't going well in their attempts to beat the curse of Penny's birthday. Ultimately, though, it's unclear if the curse won or not. They did finally get to eat at a restaurant, but it was the same one they always went to.
"Happy Endings" airs every Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. ET on ABC.

Add to myYahoo!Donald Sutherland's enthusiasm for The Hunger Games was contagious when we spoke with him at a recent junket for the movie in Beverly Hills. The veteran actor was so engrossed in the book and his character, President Coriolanus Snow, that he and director Gary Ross actually created two new scenes featuring The Capitol's ruler. He also talked about the emotional impact he knows the final scene between Katniss and Rue will have on audiences and why he thinks the book and film can be a call to action for young people. Watch our interview and check out The Hunger Games when it hits theaters on March 23.

Add to myYahoo!Well, that didn't take long. After less than two weeks, the grand experiment that was "Survivor: One World" (Wed., 8 p.m. ET on CBS) was thrown out the window. This after the unprecedented move of the men's tribe giving up their own Tribal Immunity to eliminate one of their own. Seems it would have been compelling to let this one play out.
But that's not what the producers had in mind. Instead, they randomly divided up the now even tribes, and even punted one of them off to a new beach to live on. Suddenly, it's classic "Survivor" with no unique angles or twists. The only notable thing was that the random divide created one of the most lopsided looking tribal divisions ever seen on the show.
Everyone could see it, with Colton despairing that his tribe was filled with peasants while the Salani tribe was Greek gods. And then, as if on cue, the Salani tribe proceeded to win the next two challenges, though the Reward challenge was actually pretty close.
Colton did a masterful job of positioning himself at the head of the new Manono tribe somehow, and orchestrated the blindside of not their weakest player in Tarzan, but arguably their strongest in Monica. So the misfit tribe of peasants was just intentionally made weaker. Colton must have confidence in his connections over on Salani, because on paper this is not looking good for Manono come merge time.
Find out what craziness ensues next on "Survivor: One World," Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.

Add to myYahoo!Suzanne Somers took the nation by storm as the delightfully ditzy Chrissy Snow when "Three's Company" debuted in 1977. While John Ritter was the star of the show, Suzanne Somers found herself in the position of breakout fan favorite with the role of Chrissy, and it may well have been what led to her dismissal after five seasons. She talked about her experiences on "The Rosie Show" (Weeknights, 7 p.m. ET on OWN).
"I was persona non grata everywhere," Somers said of her prospects post-firing. "And I thought, what did I do so wrong to get fired?" As it turns out, what she did wrong might have been demanding equal payment for the women in the cast.
These days, when fans are familiar with infamous salary negotiations for television stars, the thought that gender inequality might be the norm could seem unusual. After all, the "Friends" cast famously fought for the same pay, and got it. Somers got the boot, and apparently blacklisted in Hollywood for her efforts.
"They had decided that John was the star of the show, which he was," Somers said of the producers at the time. "But did they know that the Fonz was going to break out, you know? Chrissy Snow broke out and the public spoke." But when Somers demanded a hefty pay increase for that popularity, she was reduced to an insanely limited role on the show, and then booted permanently.
Catch "The Rosie Show" every weeknight at 7 p.m. ET on OWN.
