It runs today through Thursday at 10PM on VH1, and it will re-run on the Sundance Channel Monday, May 19th and Tuesday, May 20th at 12:00AM.Woah, Quaaludes. The D.A.R.E. program never taught me about those.Looks interesting and educational. ;-)

It seems that Alec Baldwin isn't content with starring on NBC's 30 Rock (and possibly running for office). He also wants to get into producing TV shows. Over at the Hollywood offices of The Hollywood Reporter (gah, new logo!), Baldwin pitches his new show, which he describes as both a family drama and a show where the entire cast has sex in a space capsule over and over again. He says it's a combination of Falcon Crest, Star Trek, and Girls Gone Wild.
In the video after the jump, someone off camera suggests the title Last Tango on Saturn, while Baldwin suggests Interplanetary Pie, though I don't think the networks would go for that. Maybe this is a plot they should squeeze into 30 Rock. Hey, they already had M.I.L.F. Island, right?
What's your title suggestion? How about Melrose Planet? Gossip Aliens? Sex and the Galaxy? Let us know in the comments below.

Add to myYahoo! While watching How I Met Your Mother this evening, I happened upon a commercial for a new CBS reality show called The Greatest American Dog, in which pets and their owners live together in the same house (well, duh) while competing for the top prize. Some dogs operate on a "show" level, while others are just typical pets, some of whom have been trained to do some pretty odd things. And I only have one thing to say: how the hell did I not know about this sooner???My dog Madison is not only the Greatest American Dog, but he is the Greatest Dog in general. I know it's much too late in the game to send in his headshot and demo reel (seriously, where was I when Craigslist was looking?), but I must throw his hat in the ring for any internet write-in vote there may be. Not only is he the cutest and sweetest, but he's also exceptionally smart. He learned his name within a day of me taking him home, and he was pee pad trained a day or two after that. In fact, I can count the number of housebreaking accidents he had on one hand. He also manages to learn the names of all of his new toys within an hour of receiving them. He puts a smile on everyone's face-- from strangers at the beach to neighbors walking by who just spot him sitting in the window. He loves other dogs and all people, and he mostly just wants attention and love. LePaws even wants to sign him, though I'm still not sure how I feel about making him a "working dog." I do, however, feel he deserves the attention and love of America, which is why I broadcast him on the internet For Your Consideration:

In other news, the apocalypse is finally here. I suggest you find Will Smith, take shelter at the nearest WalMart, and await the zombies.

I'm sure there are many variations to spelling Momma. I spell it Momma, some spell it Mama, but Ryan Seacrest chooses to spell it just like I do, "Momma". I'm sure he knows best since he has some experience at being one (I'm a big Momma's girl, so I have no room to talk). In any case, he's producing, but not starring in a reality series called, Are You A Momma's Boy? The new series is set to premiere right after the Olympics on NBC. I like what he's doing with his new production company, and he's being smart about it, but I REALLY don't think this show is NBC worthy. It sounds more like MTV, unless they decide to take older mommas' boys and put them to the test. I'll know more in a few weeks, but for now, this is all the info I have. Ryan got his inspiration from years of experience, "Anytime I make a decision either personally or professionally, I have to ask myself...what would my mother say? Like it or not, I am a true Momma's Boy. She is the most important woman in my life and she is never short of opinions. This series throws Mom right in the middle of all the drama. It's loud, it's wild and it's real."How sweet.

NBC announced today that webisodes for The Office and Heroes would officially premiere on NBC.com starting in July. Seems like all that chit-chat that led to the WGA Strike cease-fire is finally showing some results.
The Office webisodes will premiere first in early July and will focus on Kevin's gambling issues and how he plans to pay for his debts. We got a taste of his competitive side in this past week's episode when he started betting on holes at the golf course. The summer series will also feature Stanley, Oscar, and Darryl. This is the second series of webisodes for The Office, which premiered The Accountants back in the summer of 2006.

Add to myYahoo!Right on the eve of the CW's upfronts, when we'll learn whether or not Reaper (one of my favorite new shows of the '07-'08 TV season) is getting a second season, Bret Harrison took a few minutes to chat with me about Reaper's need for more female viewers, what his first thoughts were reading the script and what we can expect from the season finale, airing Tuesday May 20.
He was totally sweet and friendly so check out what I learned from everyone's favorite bounty hunter for the devil:
Buzz: So, about that send-socks-to-the-CW campaign to save Reaper. . .
Bret Harrison: Yeah! I don?t know who started it or whatnot but I think it?s amazing and I don?t know if it?ll work, but we?ll certainly go out with a bang if it doesn?t.
Buzz: That's true! Are you feeling optimistic about the network's decision? Or do you just not know at all?
BH: I feel optimistic. I weirdly feel optimistic. There?s just been too much positive press about it, especially with these past five episodes, we?ve gone up in ratings. . . There?s been talk about how we?ve done better than some of the other shows that are getting picked up but we don?t have as strong a female demographic, and that may be one of the reasons they?re holding off.
For more on this female demographic,

In a few weeks you might be able to download your favorite HBO series from iTunes. Apple is in talks with the cable network to sell HBO movies and programs on the iTunes Store website. Different rumors are circulating about the deal, but it appears that HBO stands to profit more than other networks have from their iTunes arrangements. Continue reading HBO close to an iTunes deal
