NBC Picks Up Unfit Father Comedy

"Guys With Kids," a Jimmy Fallon-produced comedy, has joined NBC's new programming slate for the 2012-2013 season, according to Variety.

Fallon is an executive producer on the series along with Amy Ozois and Charlie Grandy. Anthony Anderson, Jesse Bradford, Tempestt Bledsoe and Jamie-Lynn Sigler star in the comedy about a group of thirtysomething dads who don't feel quite mature enough to raise kids. The Hollywood Reporter confirmed the "Guys With Kids" series order.

"Guys With Kids" is a multi-camera sitcom, but NBC's other new comedies are primarily single camera. The Peacock network recently gave series orders to a comedy about a "House"-like vet (Justin Kirk), "Go On" starring Matthew Perry, Anne Heche's "Save Me," the Ryan Murphy-produced "The New Normal" and White House comedy "1600 Penn." On the drama side, "Revolution," from J.J. Abrams and Eric Kripke, received a series order, as did Bryan Fuller's "Hannibal" and Dick Wolf's "Chicago Fire."

"Smash," "Law & Order: SVU" and "Grimm" will return and veteran NBC comedies "30 Rock," "Parks and Recreation" and "Community" are rumored to be getting shortened seasons.

Check out some photos from NBC's new shows below.

No winners will be on all-star Dancing with the
Stars

If Dancing with the Stars has an all-star season this fall, no past winners will be included in the cast. TV Guide reports that "casting would exclude mirror ball champions." That's according to a staff member on the show, who said, "It's better if the winners don't come back, because then, we have a cast of people who have another shot at the title." Those who are being considered "could conceivably fit the show into... keep reading »

Jon Hamm's Hilarious Advice To Teen Girls (VIDEO)

If anyone is qualified to advise teenage girls about love, it's a 41-year-old man, famous for his sensitivity, insanely good looks and his very own meme. In a hilarious four-minute video, "Mad Men" star and Internet comedian Jon Hamm answers young women's most pressing questions. Not only does Jon address their inquiries about whether it's OK to fart in front of a guy and whether boys care about the way a girl dresses (answers: yes, and not particularly) but he also offers his young female fans inspirational phrases like "the world is your oyster." If you're a teen girl trying to decode your new BF's behavior, or you just want to see the man behind Draper express his more sensitive side ("I'm sure you're a lovely person, Britney"), check out the video above from Rookie Mag.
