Jumping into the ocean in your workout gear is one way to cool off. Just make sure that when you're rising from the water "Baywatch" style, your clothes stay on!

Kelly Bensimon was the latest star to fall victim to the infamous Hollywood wardrobe malfunction -- the nip slip. The former "Real Housewives of New York" star went for a run while on vacation in Miami, before finishing her workout with a cool dip in the water. The only problem was that when she stood to exit the water, her tank top decided to stay down, exposing her breast for shutter-happy photographers.

Good thing Bensimon has sharp reflexes. The 44-year-old mother of two was quick to cover up, flashing an all-telling "oops" grin.

WATCH: Stephen Colbert Remembers Maurice Sendak

On Tuesday morning, the world lost a legend when news broke that beloved children's author Maurice Sendak passed away at age 83. The same morning on "Live with Kelly," Stephen Colbert was scheduled to simply promote his upcoming children's book, "I Am A Pole (And So Can You!)" but since Sendak played a part in helping Colbert develop the book, the Comedy Central host said some very nice things about the famed writer.

After describing his own experiences with Sendak to host Kelly Ripa and guest co-host Michael Strahan, Colbert revealed that Sendak had died that morning, to the audible gasp of many audience members. Colbert called him "just the most wonderful artist, and just a tremendously honest guy," describing his interactions with the "Where the Wild Things Are" author as "an honor."

Sendak's last book was published last September, but perhaps his most high-profile media appearance over the last several years came in January, when "The Colbert Report" ran a two-part discussion with the late author. It would be Sendak's last interview.

In it, Colbert read his own children's book to Sendak, who replied, "The sad thing is, I liked it." That quote made it to the cover of the book as a blurb.
