It's a dangerous enough job when hunting one alligator at a time. On the latest "Swamp People" (Thu., 9 p.m. ET on History), Austyn and Blake were startled to find two alligators hooked on the lines on one tree. That comes to about 1,000 pounds of thrashing teeth and muscle.
The line wasn't prepared to handle that kind of strain, threatening to break, and the guys weren't quite sure at first what their best approach was as the two behemoths were flailing about against one another, creating even more potential for uncertainty and injury.
Finally, they managed to shoot one of the creatures, which made taking out the other one a matter of routine, albeit still incredibly dangerous. Still, for all the drama, getting two gators for the price of one is surely worth it every time.
Follow "Swamp People" every Thursday at 9 p.m. ET on History.

Add to myYahoo!Sherlock fans have been given another little hint into the relationship between the esoteric sleuth and his more worldly sidekick Dr Watson, courtesy of the series co-creator Mark Gatiss.
The Sun reports that Watson will be furious when his friend returns to his side for the third series, following his apparent death in the finale of the second.
Holmes, played so assuredly by Benedict Cumberbatch, appeared to be fatally outsmarted by his nemesis Moriarty, and had to jump from the top of a London building, to avoid communal doom for many others.
Sherlock Season Two Finale Review: Cumberbatch Saves The Best For Last
Holmes' return follows the original Conan Doyle narrative, where the peerless detective reappeared after plunging into the Eisenbach Falls, again with Moriarty in the mix. But the books showed Dr Watson's reaction to his friends re-arrival to be a dead faint.
According to The Sun, Gatiss thinks this is "unlikely - as opposed to possibly a stream of terrible swear words".

Gatiss also plays Holmes brother Mycroft in the series, which has proved an enduring hit since its contemporary inception two years ago, and has made tons of cash for the BBC with worldwide sales, as well as igniting fresh interest in the books.
The second series at the beginning of the year was also marked for Lara Pulver's saucy outfits (or lack thereof), playing Holmes' tantalising love interest Irene Adler - "The Woman".

Add to myYahoo!Carson Daly made a rather silly slip on "Late Night" (Weeknights, 12:35 a.m. ET on NBC). "The Voice" host was able to correctly identify the final four contestants in the competition competing in the finale this upcoming week. But he didn't do so well when connecting them with their coaches.
To make it even more fun, he put former Mickey Mouseketeer Tony Lucca on Team Christina (her finalist is opera singer Chris Mann). The supposed feud between the two of them has been going on all season, and making headlines in the press. It all started when Christina Aguilera completely failed to recognize him at the blind auditions, and has continued with several negative reviews along the way.
Tony Lucca is on Adam Levine's team, while Cee Lo Green's finalist is Juliet Simms and Jermain Paul is representing Team Blake Shelton.
"The Voice" live performance finale airs this Monday at 8 p.m. ET, followed by the two-hour season finale on Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET. "Late Night" is on every weeknight at 12:35 a.m. ET on NBC.

Add to myYahoo!Despite making fun of her and her show relentlessly on "The Soup," Joel McHale was all smiles when he appeared on "The Wendy Williams Show" (weekdays, syndicated). They laughed and everything was tension free between them. In fact, things didn't get awkward until Wendy Williams brought up Chevy Chase.
It was an inevitable move, with Chase and "Community" making a huge impact on television media in recent weeks. More people probably know about those voice mails than watch the show on average.
Nevertheless, McHale laughed off any concerns that Chase might abandon the show should it get picked up for a fourth season, implying that the comedy veteran would follow "a trail of money" back to the show.
All appears to be forgiven between the two stars. As reported by The Wrap, they embraced and made cracks together at the recently filmed Comedy Awards.
Laugh along with "Community" every Thursday at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. "The Wendy Williams Show" airs weekdays. Check local listings for time and channel.

Add to myYahoo!Jennifer Love Hewitt has been a lot more playful in interviews since she started starring in projects called "The Client List." On "Chelsea Lately" (Weeknights, 11 p.m. ET on E!), she and Chelsea Handler were talking about the aspect of the show where Hewitt's character provides "happy endings" to her massage clients.
When Handler asked Hewitt if she would ever consider receiving one, Hewitt said that it would be "amazeballs." Then, though, the women started getting into the logistics of how that would work, and realized that it would be a lot more awkward than what goes down on "The Client List."
Nevertheless, "When in Rome," Hewitt said. It's certainly great seeing Hewitt having so much fun with her new role on television, and feeling more sexually liberated than she was all those years as "America's Sweetheart." She deserves an "amazeballs" experience.
Catch Jennifer Love Hewitt on "The Client List," Sundays at 10 p.m. ET on Lifetime. "Chelsea Lately" is on weeknights at 11 p.m. ET on E!

Add to myYahoo! With an election victory within reach for Leslie and her team, the death of her opponent's father lead to all kinds of awkward moments on "Parks & Recreation" (Thu., 9:30 p.m. ET on NBC). Her attempt to go and speak to Bobby Newport in person became a scene where her campaign bus -- emblazoned with her image -- appeared to be crashing a solemn occasion for political gain.
Everything was just going so terribly, terribly wrong for the campaign, which was a bit disappointing for IGN after coming off such a high in last week's debate. But Leslie was able to share a sincere moment with Bobby, who does genuinely like her and barely comprehends what's happening with the campaign.
In fact, to the press Leslie got a pretty solid endorsement. "If you don't vote for me tomorrow," Bobby told them with Leslie standing beside him. "Vote for her!" It seems like Leslie may actually win this one, though IGN says there are two endings planned, depending on a renewal.
Who do you think will win the election? Find out on the season finale of "Parks & Recreation" next Thursday at 9:30 p.m. ET on NBC.

Add to myYahoo! When her fiance Kroy Biermann's parents drop in, Kim Zolciak really wanted to make a good impression on the latest installment of "Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding" (Thu., 9:30 p.m. ET on Bravo). So against her better judgment she decided she was up for some bonding time with the future mother-in-law in the kitchen.
Only Kim doesn't cook, refuses to touch meat, loses her eyelashes due to onion tears, and in the episode's most absurd moment, can't figure out how to work a manual can opener. In fact, she looked at it as if she'd never seen anything like it.
Of course, in this age of modern conveniences, Kim wasn't alone, as many fans of the show agreed that they're just as lost in the kitchen. So it wasn't a great experience for the women, at least Kim is trying, and that's all that can be asked for.
"Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding" airs Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. ET on Bravo.
