Everybody knows that inhaling Helium will give you a temporarily high voice and make you sound like Pee-wee Herman. Today on 'Live!' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC) Kelly Ripa and guest-host Neil Patrick Harris demonstrated the inverse scientific effect. They had on Science Expert Bob, who came carrying a canister of Sulfur Hexafloride, a chemical gas that makes your voice hilariously deep.

Bob filled each host up a balloon, and when Harris asked if it was dangerous, Bob could only reply, "Okay, let's do it." Things got pretty entertaining after they inhaled, as they each launched into movie quotes fitting their newly baritone voices. Kelly went to 'Star Wars,' quoting "Luke, I am your Father," while NPH went with a slightly darker reference. "It puts the lotion in the basket," he said, quoting Buffalo Bill from 'Silence of the Lambs.' After that, they burst out in laughter and pretended to be addicted to the stuff.

Chord Overstreet's 'Glee' Return (PHOTOS)

Chord Overstreet makes his triumphant return to 'Glee' (Tues., Dec. 13, 8PM ET on Fox) after a sudden departure.

News of Overstreet's exit broke this summer after the actor wasn't offered a series regular gig on the teen musical show. Series co-creator Ryan Murphy said Overstreet was welcome to return as a recurring guest star, but Overstreet decided to pursue his music and other acting gigs. Since leaving 'Glee' he guest starred on ABC's 'The Middle.' However, he's taken up the recurring offer and his character Sam Evans will return to help New Directions perform at Sectionals.

"We love Chord and have always said that we wanted him back," Murphy said in a statement in October. "So here's an early Christmas present for all the Gleeks -- Sam is coming back to McKinley, and just in time for sectionals!"

In preview photos below, Overstreet's character is performing for the glee club. Even his trusty guitar is back.

John Carter Trailer: Tim Riggins Is an
Interplanetary Warrior

Friday Night Lights fans who have been missing the cast will be happy to see Taylor Kitsch starring in John Carter (formerly known as John Carter of Mars), an epic sci-fi adventure. Kitsch stars as the title character, a human Civil War veteran who gets transported to Mars, where the nations are warring against each other. He's initially a prisoner, but after impressing the alien locals with his considerable strength and talent for fighting fearsome creatures, Carter gets recruited to help fight on the side of the Martian nation of Barsoom, which happens to be headed up by Princess Dejah Thoris, (Lynn Collins), a scantily clad love interest.

Kitsch looks great with his bulging biceps adorned by very little battle attire, but the preview only manages to make the movie look like a knockoff of other films in the genre. From the plot to the appearance of the alien people and giant monsters, there's very little that seems original about John Carter (and come on, there's no way you can cover yourself in blue paint and not force a reference to Braveheart). Still, I'm happy to see Kitsch in the starring role of anything, and Led Zeppelin's "Kashmir" playing over the trailer does make it feel a bit more exciting. New 'Dallas' Trailer: The Next Generation of
Ewings Feud Over Oil (VIDEO)

TNT's next-generation reboot of the wildly popular '80s drama 'Dallas' is due out next summer, but here's a new first-look trailer at the Ewing clan back in action.

The new version of the show has plenty of continuity from the old 'Dallas,' as it still features Larry Hagman as J.R. and Patrick Duffy as Bobby, but it adds the next generation of Ewings, played by Jesse Metcalfe and Josh Henderson, to the mix.

And guess what ... the Ewing family is still drilling for oil in Texas and feuding with each other about how far they're willing to go in pursuit of staying rich. In the trailer, Bobby makes it pretty clear that he doesn't want the kids making the same mistakes he and J.R. made, but greed has a way of making things complicated for the Ewings.
