Sure, "Kate Plus 8" star Kate Gosselin felt the need to show off her body in the newest issue of People Magazine -- but did she receive any help in doing so? This top of plastic surgery is one that has circulated around the reality TV mom for much of the past year, as she has seemingly transformed into the "best shape of [her] life" in the matter of a few months.At the end of the day, the real story here -- at least according to Kate -- is that there has been no plastic surgery done since the infamous tummy tuck procedure back during the "Jon and Kate Plus 8"...
