Brothers and Sisters: Rebecca and Justin Reunite

Last night Rebecca returned to Brothers and Sisters. Anytime anyone returns on Brothers and Sisters we are prepared for the revelation of a big secret. Last night when Rebecca returned the series did not disappoint with the big reveal moment. The series revealed the status of Rebecca and Justin's relationship. We will reveal that status after the jump.

By the end of last night's episode of Brothers and Sisters we learned the truth about Rebeeca and Justin's relationship, they are divorced. The big secret of the episode was that Rebecca filed for divorced when Justin was away serving in Iraq.

For those of you who forgot Justin revealed during the season premiere that he and Rebecca were on the rocks. Rebecca was upset that Justin decided to retreat to Iraq after the car accident that took Robert's, Kitty's husband, life and resulted in brain damage to Rebecca's mother. Rebecca and Justin broke up after Justin decided to reenlist for another tour of duty in Iraq so he could go sort things out. Rebecca was upset that he put his life in danger and their marriage in jeopardy over his oversees quasi-soul searching adventure. Last night we learned that Justin was served with divorced papers while he was overseas and the couple is now officially divorced.

The couple reunited last night and it was like watching someone reopen a wound and pour salt in. Rebecca showed up on Justin's doorstep (which also use to be her doorstep as well) to thank him for talking to her mother, Holly. She wanted to know what he said to get her to remember her daughter for the first time since the accident and he told her that he talked about how their love developed. Rebecca and Justin clearly had that longing look in their eyes and they could hardly keep their hands off each other in the first encounter.

When Holly admitted that she did not think Rebecca was her daughter, Rebecca returned to Justin devastated with no one to turn to but him. She admitted that she was avoiding him because she still had feelings for him and was afraid that they would reconnect. Justin consoled her and that eventually led to them having a moment where they kissed. Watch Rebecca and Justin reunite and make out in the video clip below:

We are not sure what will happen to Justin and Rebecca this season. We are not sure if Rebecca and Justin will stay together or if they will end up apart but we cannot wait to see where this plot takes us next week when Rebecca announces she still has feelings for Justin and tells him about her job offer in New York. We will be tuning in next week with baited breath to see where the Justin and Rebecca relationship ends.
