fall back clockDoes the end of Daylight Saving Time help the ratings of your favorite show?

That's the theory being talked about this week. We turn our clocks back an hour this Sunday morning (don't forget!), which means Daylight Saving Time ends and we go back to standard time, gaining an hour of sleep. It also means that it starts to get dark a lot earlier than it did during the spring and the summer.

But does it also increase the ratings for prime-time TV shows?
