Pilot : English professor-turned-serial killer Joe Carroll escapes from prison and picks up where he left off, which leads retired FBI agent Ryan Hardy to climb out of his vodka bottle and get back on the horse. Unfortunately, Carroll has a tribe of eager helpers who are as deranged as he is. Bloody eye-gougings ensue.
